The primary composition of this sports drink is water. However, the drink includes a number of nutritious components that are essential for an athlete or sportsman who spends most of his day working out.

Nutrition facts:

The drink contains about 2.5 servings per container, and the serving size is 12 oz. As the Zero suggests, this sports drink does not consist of any sugar content. The only component that leads to the sugary taste is sucralose and acesulfame potassium. The fat content is zero, with only 1 to 2 per cent of carbohydrates in each container. The drink contains potassium and sodium, which contributes to 2 per cent and 19 per cent of one serving respectively. Moreover. It may be noted that Gatorade Zero does not include sugar, saturated fats, trans fat, cholesterol, vitamin D, calcium or iron.

Thus, the overall calories of each serving are ten calories per container. The amount of calories in regular Gatorade is around 50-100 calories per serving which means Gatorade Zero is five-folds less in calories than its original product line. Not too much salt if you have a condition called POTS. It does include cancer causing chemicals though. I’ll pass.
